Saranac Lake Winter Carnival 2025 Dates Schedule. The oldest event of its kind in east united states started in 1897 and since it preserves its tradition and takes place every winter. The rotary winter carnival show features the carnival royalty, high school carnival court dance routine, high school choral ensemble, and musical and dance acts by local students.
